The rules that govern access to and use of the SourceLess recruitment portal, application submissions, uploaded materials, signatures and candidate responsibilities.
01 / Terms
1. About This Portal and Acceptance
This recruitment portal is operated by SOURCELESS NCH ROMANIA SRL, CUI 39827888, Trade Register number J2018002437135, registered office at Loc. Navodari, Oras Navodari, Str. M10, Nr. 13, MAMAIA-SAT, Bloc JT TOWER, Etaj P, Judet Constanta, Romania.
By submitting an application, the candidate confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance does not remove, restrict or waive any mandatory legal right. Personal data processing is described separately in the Recruitment Privacy Notice.

2. Eligibility and Purpose
Applicants must have the legal capacity to submit an employment application. Where an applicant is under the age required to independently submit an application, any legally required authorisation must be obtained.
The portal is provided for legitimate employment and recruitment applications. Submission does not guarantee an interview, employment, an employment contract, a response within a specific period, or prevent SourceLess from changing or closing a recruitment process. Employment arises only through a separate written employment agreement.

3. Candidate Declarations
By submitting an application, the candidate confirms that the supplied information is accurate to the best of their knowledge, submitted files are relevant, they are authorised to provide the information, they will not impersonate another person, they will not submit false or fraudulent information, and they will not upload malicious, unlawful or technically harmful material.
Materially false information may result in the application being rejected or, where legally permitted, may affect a later employment relationship.

4. Uploaded Files, Portfolio and Intellectual Property
Candidates may upload documents required or permitted by the form. They must not upload malware, unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, unauthorised confidential information, unnecessary sensitive information, or documents unrelated to the application.
Candidates retain intellectual-property rights in their CV, portfolio and submitted work. By submitting materials, the candidate grants SOURCELESS NCH ROMANIA SRL limited permission to access, copy, display and internally review the materials only as necessary to evaluate the application and manage recruitment. Ownership does not transfer to SourceLess.

5. GitHub, External Links and Signature
Candidates may submit links to GitHub, portfolio websites or other professional services. SourceLess is not responsible for third-party website availability, content, security or terms. The candidate is responsible for ensuring links may lawfully be reviewed for recruitment purposes.
The signature confirms the candidate’s submission and declarations within the form. It does not create an employment agreement, employment offer or guarantee of employment and is handled according to the Recruitment Privacy Notice.

6. Security and Availability
SourceLess aims to maintain reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security measures, technical failures, hosting problems or events outside reasonable control.
Candidates must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with portal operation, bypass security, perform abusive automated submissions, test vulnerabilities without written authorisation, introduce malicious code or overload the portal.

7. Recruitment Decisions and Personal Data
SourceLess may decide whether an application meets requirements, whether to invite a candidate to interview, whether to continue or discontinue a recruitment process, and whether to make an employment offer. Decisions remain subject to applicable employment, anti-discrimination and data-protection law.
Personal data submitted through the portal is processed according to the Recruitment Privacy Notice. These Terms do not replace the Privacy Notice and do not constitute consent for optional processing activities.

8. Prohibited Use
The portal must not be used for commercial advertising, unsolicited communications, applications on behalf of another person without authorisation, unlawful purposes, infringement of intellectual-property or confidentiality rights, or interference with another person’s use of the service.

9. Liability, Changes, Severability and Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law. To the extent permitted, SourceLess is not responsible for temporary unavailability, device or software incompatibility, inaccurate information voluntarily submitted by the candidate, independent third-party service failures, or loss caused by prohibited use.
SourceLess may update these Terms when necessary due to portal, recruitment or legal changes. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting mandatory European Union or national rights.

1. Despre Portal si Acceptare
Acest portal de recrutare este operat de SOURCELESS NCH ROMANIA SRL, CUI 39827888, numar Registrul Comertului J2018002437135, cu sediul in Loc. Navodari, Oras Navodari, Str. M10, Nr. 13, MAMAIA-SAT, Bloc JT TOWER, Etaj P, Judet Constanta, Romania.
Prin trimiterea unei aplicatii, candidatul confirma ca a citit si acceptat acesti Termeni si Conditii. Acceptarea nu elimina, limiteaza sau renunta la drepturi legale obligatorii. Prelucrarea datelor este descrisa separat in Recruitment Privacy Notice.

2. Eligibilitate si Scop
Aplicanti trebuie sa aiba capacitatea legala de a transmite o aplicatie de angajare. Daca un aplicant nu are varsta necesara pentru a aplica independent, trebuie obtinuta autorizarea ceruta de lege.
Portalul este pus la dispozitie pentru aplicatii legitime de angajare si recrutare. Trimiterea unei aplicatii nu garanteaza interviu, angajare, contract, raspuns intr-un termen anume si nu impiedica SourceLess sa schimbe sau inchida procesul. Angajarea apare doar printr-un contract scris separat.

3. Declaratiile Candidatului
Prin trimiterea aplicatiei, candidatul confirma ca informatiile sunt corecte dupa cunostinta sa, fisierele sunt relevante, este autorizat sa le transmita, nu se prezinta drept alta persoana, nu transmite informatii false sau frauduloase si nu incarca materiale malitioase, ilegale sau daunatoare tehnic.
Informatiile material false pot duce la respingerea aplicatiei sau, unde legea permite, pot afecta o relatie de munca ulterioara.

4. Fisiere, Portofoliu si Proprietate Intelectuala
Candidatii pot incarca documentele cerute sau permise de formular. Nu trebuie incarcate malware, continut ilegal, continut care incalca drepturile tertilor, informatii confidentiale neautorizate, date sensibile inutile sau documente fara legatura cu aplicatia.
Candidatii pastreaza drepturile de proprietate intelectuala asupra CV-ului, portofoliului si lucrarilor transmise. Prin transmitere, acorda SOURCELESS NCH ROMANIA SRL o permisiune limitata de accesare, copiere, afisare si analiza interna doar pentru evaluarea aplicatiei. Proprietatea nu se transfera catre SourceLess.

5. GitHub, Linkuri Externe si Semnatura
Candidatii pot transmite linkuri catre GitHub, portofolii sau alte servicii profesionale. SourceLess nu raspunde pentru disponibilitatea, continutul, securitatea sau termenii site-urilor terte. Candidatul trebuie sa se asigure ca linkurile pot fi analizate legal pentru recrutare.
Semnatura confirma transmiterea si declaratiile din formular. Nu creeaza contract de munca, oferta de angajare sau garantie de angajare si este gestionata conform Recruitment Privacy Notice.

6. Securitate si Disponibilitate
SourceLess urmareste sa mentina o disponibilitate rezonabila, dar nu garanteaza functionare neintrerupta sau fara erori. Portalul poate fi indisponibil temporar din cauza mentenantei, masurilor de securitate, problemelor tehnice, gazduirii sau evenimentelor externe.
Candidatii nu trebuie sa incerce acces neautorizat, sa interfereze cu portalul, sa ocoleasca securitatea, sa faca trimiteri automate abuzive, sa testeze vulnerabilitati fara acord scris, sa introduca cod malitios sau sa supraincarce portalul.

7. Decizii de Recrutare si Date Personale
SourceLess poate decide daca o aplicatie indeplineste cerintele, daca invita un candidat la interviu, daca continua sau opreste procesul si daca face o oferta de angajare. Deciziile raman supuse legii muncii, nediscriminarii si protectiei datelor.
Datele personale transmise prin portal sunt prelucrate conform Recruitment Privacy Notice. Acesti Termeni nu inlocuiesc nota de confidentialitate si nu constituie consimtamant pentru prelucrari optionale.

8. Utilizare Interzisa
Portalul nu trebuie folosit pentru publicitate comerciala, comunicari nesolicitate, aplicatii in numele altei persoane fara autorizare, scopuri ilegale, incalcarea drepturilor de proprietate intelectuala sau confidentialitate ori interferenta cu utilizarea serviciului de catre alte persoane.

9. Raspundere, Modificari, Separabilitate si Lege
Nimic din acesti Termeni nu exclude raspunderea unde legea interzice excluderea. In masura permisa, SourceLess nu raspunde pentru indisponibilitate temporara, incompatibilitate a dispozitivului, informatii incorecte transmise voluntar, esecuri ale serviciilor terte sau pierderi cauzate de utilizare interzisa.
SourceLess poate actualiza Termenii cand este necesar. Daca o prevedere este invalida, restul continua sa se aplice. Termenii sunt guvernati de legea romana, fara a afecta drepturile obligatorii europene sau nationale.
